Terms of use and purchase

General

goatkit.co.il (“the website”) is operated by COMFEE ALL IN LTD, which runs the GoatKit brand (“GoatKit”, “we”). Using the website and buying on it are subject to these terms. Before every order you are asked to confirm explicitly that you have read these terms, the returns policy and the privacy policy. Nothing in these terms limits a right the law gives consumers. The Hebrew version is the binding one.

Who can buy

Purchases are for people aged 18 and over, with a delivery address in Israel or self-pickup in Shefa-'Amr. A minor may buy only with the consent of a parent or guardian. The gas canister and burner are not for use by children.

Products and prices

  • Prices are in new Israeli shekels and include VAT. The delivery fee is shown separately before payment, and the amount in the order summary is the final amount.
  • Each product's main characteristics, dimensions and contents are on its product page. Photos are illustrative and colours may vary slightly.
  • If a product sells out after you order, we will tell you straight away, and you can choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.
  • If the website shows an obvious, clear error in a price or description (a clerical error), we will tell you, and you can choose to complete the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Ordering and payment

  • An order is placed once the payment processor approves the payment, and an email confirming the order and its details is sent to the address you gave.
  • Card payment takes place on the secure hosted page of our payment processor, HYP. Your card details never reach us and are not stored by us.
  • A tax invoice-receipt is emailed to you automatically.

Installments

  • Where the option is shown at checkout, you can split the payment into installments, up to the number shown there.
  • Installments carry no interest and no surcharge: together they add up to exactly the order total.
  • Before you go to payment, the checkout shows the number of installments, the amount of each one and the total. The installments are equal; if the total does not divide exactly, the remaining agorot are added to the first installment.
  • Each installment is charged on your card's monthly billing date, under your card issuer's terms.

Promotions and coupons

A promotion or coupon is valid under the terms and dates published with it. Discounts do not combine: one discount applies per order, and where more than one is available the website applies the better one automatically. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping options, prices and delivery times are in the shipping policy. If your order is not delivered by the date given, you can cancel it for a full refund, with no cancellation fee.

Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving the order confirmation email, whichever is later — with no cancellation fee. Some groups are entitled to a longer period. How to cancel, what to return and when you get your money back are set out in the returns policy.

A personally engraved kit is made to your order, so it cannot be cancelled or returned once engraved — unless it is faulty. Until the engraving is done, you can cancel.

Personal engraving

  • You are responsible for the engraving text. The preview on the product page shows exactly what will be engraved, so please check it before paying.
  • We may refuse to engrave text that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. If so we will contact you, and if you do not choose other wording we will refund the engraving.

Product warranty

GoatKit comes with a one-year warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects. During the warranty we will repair or replace the faulty part, or the kit, free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops or breakage, scratches and normal wear, or lost parts. To claim, contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the fault. The warranty is in addition to your rights under any law.

Safe use

Use the burner and gas canister only in an open, well-ventilated area, following the manufacturer's safety instructions on the products, and keep them away from children, heat sources and flammable materials.

Intellectual property

The content of the website — text, photos, videos, the logo, the GoatKit trademark and the design — belongs to us or to its rights holders. It may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.

Using the website

Do not use the website for anything unlawful, disrupt its operation, or collect data from it by automated means. We work to keep the website available and working, but there may be interruptions, for example for maintenance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in this section limits our liability under the Consumer Protection Law, the Sale Law or any other law that cannot be contracted out of, or for loss caused by our negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Each order is governed by the terms in force on the day it was placed.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and every purchase on the website are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
