Returns and cancellation policy

This policy follows the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771–2010. Where it differs from the law, the law prevails. The Hebrew version is the binding one.

Cancel within 14 days

You can cancel any order within 14 days of the day you received the product, or of the day you received the order confirmation email with the order details — whichever is later. We charge no cancellation fee.

Senior citizens (aged 65 and over), people with disabilities and new immigrants (within five years of receiving that status) may cancel within 4 months of the transaction, of receiving the product or of receiving the order confirmation — whichever is later — provided the transaction included a conversation with us, including one by electronic means. We will ask to see a document confirming this.

How to cancel

You can tell us you are cancelling in any of these ways:

Include your name and order number (or the email you ordered with). We will confirm that we received your cancellation.

Returning the product

  • The product must come back unused and undamaged. Opening the packaging to inspect the product does not prevent cancellation.
  • Drop it off at our warehouse in Shefa-'Amr: free. We will arrange a time with you.
  • Send it back by courier: the return shipping is at your expense. We will send you the address.

Refunds

We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to your original payment method, and cancel the card charge. If you paid in installments, installments not yet charged are cancelled too. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to show the credit.

What cannot be returned

A personally engraved kit is made to your order, so it cannot be cancelled or returned once engraved — unless it is faulty. Until the engraving is done, you can cancel as usual. We also say this on the product page, next to the engraving option.

Faulty, wrong or late items

Please check your order when it arrives. If the product is faulty, damaged in transit, does not match its description on the website, is not what you ordered, or was not delivered by the date given, get in touch — a photo or short video helps. In these cases the return or exchange is on us, and we refund everything you paid, including delivery, with no cancellation fee.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different product is to cancel the current order and, once the cancellation is confirmed, place a new one.
